Automations
AI automations I've built, shown running
I build custom automations with Claude Code, n8n, GoHighLevel and plain Python. Each page below walks through one of them: the problem it solves, every step it takes, the tools behind it and a recorded run you can click through.
Every run was recorded on an invented business, so no client data is on show. Where a step could not run safely, like sending an email or writing to a live CRM, the run labels it as substituted or not run.

Verified lead list, catch-alls held back

Personalising a cold email list

Cold email reply review
Every campaign's numbers and every reply go in, and the positive reply rate, what changed since last time and the lines of copy behind the replies come out.

04
Paid deposit to project kickoff
A client pays the deposit, the deal closes, a dated project plan is built and a kickoff document is ready, with no hand on the CRM.

05
Keeping a long multi-agent build on track
A project board goes in, and any fresh session can pick the build up from one file and one board read.
