Claude Code and Codex
Claude Code setup for your business or team
Installing Claude Code takes a minute. Getting it to do real work in your business takes a proper setup: instructions it reads every session, skills for the jobs you repeat, connections to your tools and guardrails on what it is allowed to touch.
I run my own business this way. Lead lists, reply reviews, onboarding, reporting and client builds all run through Claude Code skills and scripts, with Codex as a second agent on long builds. I set the same thing up for businesses and teams, and build automations with it.

Most Claude Code consulting I do is for one of these.
Teams who installed it and stalled
Everyone has access, but it gets used like a chat window. A good setup gives it your context and your repeat jobs so the results stop depending on who wrote the prompt.
Operators who want automations without a dev team
You want reports, lead lists or admin work handled by an agent you can trust. I build the skills and scripts and show you how to run them.
Developers adopting Claude Code or Codex
You want CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md that stay in step, hooks that enforce your rules and a way to run more than one agent without them colliding.
What a Claude Code setup includes
Every setup is scoped to how you work. These are the pieces I put in place.
CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md
Project instructions that tell the agent how your business works, where things live and what never to do. Kept in step for Claude Code and Codex so both agents follow the same rules.
Skills for your repeat jobs
Written procedures the agent loads when a job comes up: inputs, steps, the script to call, what done looks like and what to do when it fails.
Hooks and permissions
Guardrails that run on every tool call, like blocking a secret from being committed, plus permission rules so routine commands run without a prompt and risky ones always ask.
MCP servers
Connections to the tools you use, such as your CRM, project board, email or n8n, so the agent works with live data instead of copy and paste.
Subagents and multi-agent workflows
Parallel workers for big batches, and a handoff file plus project board so any fresh session can pick up a long build where the last one stopped.
Claude Code training
Hands-on sessions with your team on your own setup: how to run the skills, how to review what the agent did and how to add new skills as you go.
Claude Code agency work, from one engineer
Some people search for a Claude Code agency expecting a team. I am one engineer, and that is the point: I build with Claude Code every day, and the setup I hand over is one I would run my own business on.
Claude Code and Codex change often, with new features and pricing almost monthly. I check the current docs when I set you up, rather than relying on what worked a few months ago.
How a project runs
Same four steps for every build. You talk to me the whole way through, not an account manager.
01
A 15-minute call
You tell me where the hours and the leads are leaking. I ask enough questions to know what to build first.
02
A proposal with the build already started
A diagram of the setup (instructions, skills, connections and guardrails) and one working skill built around a real job from your business.
03
One price, anchored to ROI
A fixed price per project, set against what the system makes or saves you. No hourly billing, no retainer you did not ask for.
04
Build, test, hand over
I build it, test it against your real data and hand it over with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
