n8n agency work, done by the engineer who builds it
If you are looking for an n8n agency, you are probably past the point where a template does the job. You have a CRM, a booking tool, a phone system and a few spreadsheets, and the work between them is still done by hand.
I build custom n8n workflows that connect those tools and run on their own. I am a software engineer, so when a native node runs out of road I write the code or the API call myself. You work with me directly, from the first call to the handover.

Most n8n consulting work I take on starts with one of these situations.
You started in n8n and it got away from you
A few workflows grew into dozens. Nobody knows which ones still run, errors fail silently and one change breaks two other flows. I audit what is there, fix what matters and add error handling so failures reach a person.
You are moving off Zapier or Make
Task-based pricing got expensive, or you hit a limit on branching and custom logic. I rebuild the flows in n8n, run them side by side against real data, then switch over.
Your tools do not talk to each other
Leads land in one place, jobs in another, invoices in a third. I wire them into one pipeline, including APIs that have no n8n node yet.
You want AI in the workflow, not a chatbot on the side
Classifying replies, pulling fields out of emails or PDFs, drafting a response for a person to approve. I put the AI step inside the workflow and keep the rest deterministic.
What I build in n8n
Every build is custom, but most of them fall into a few shapes.
Speed-to-lead and lead routing
A new lead or email reply gets classified, pushed into the right CRM pipeline and sent to your phone as an alert. My own version runs in production and goes from reply to alert in under a minute.
CRM and back-office syncs
Two-way syncs between a CRM and the systems around it: booking, invoicing, job management, Google Sheets. Deduplication and matching rules so the same customer does not end up in three places.
Reporting pipelines
Scheduled workflows that pull numbers from call tracking, job software and ad platforms and turn them into a report. I run a monthly version of this that pulls CallRail, Housecall Pro and Google Ads data into a PDF.
Custom API integrations
HTTP Request and Code nodes for the tools n8n does not cover, with signed webhooks, retries and rate-limit handling. I prefer a native node when one exists, because it is easier for you to maintain.
Monitoring and alerts
Watchers that check for something going wrong (a compliance approval stuck, a sync falling behind) and ping a person on Telegram, Slack or email before a customer notices.
How a project runs
Same four steps for every build. You talk to me the whole way through, not an account manager.
01
A 15-minute call
You tell me where the hours and the leads are leaking. I ask enough questions to know what to build first.
02
A proposal with the build already started
A diagram of the whole system and a working n8n workflow for the core of it, so you see it run before you commit.
03
One price, anchored to ROI
A fixed price per project, set against what the system makes or saves you. No hourly billing, no retainer you did not ask for.
04
Build, test, hand over
I build it, test it against your real data and hand it over with documentation and a recorded walkthrough.
